Terms and Conditions of Sale – Apollon Studios ApS

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on www.apollonstudios.com (http://www.apollonstudios.com/) and at physical events hosted by Apollon Studios ApS.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which will be sent to you along with your order confirmation.

2. Scope and Acceptance
These terms apply to all purchases made via apollonstudios.com.
You accept them actively at checkout, and a copy is sent to your email with the order confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are in DKK and include 25% Danish VAT. Shipping costs are added during checkout.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Dankort
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay / Amazon Pay
- MobilePay
- Klarna
- Apollon Studios-issued gift cards
Your payment is authorised at the time of order but only charged when your items are shipped.
In case of partial shipments, you are only charged for items dispatched.
4. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. The contract is legally binding once this confirmation is sent. A copy of these terms is included.
5. Delivery
Within Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands):
Delivery partners: GLS, PostNord, Bring
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Shipping fees:
- DKK 39 (pickup point)
- DKK 49 (home delivery)
- Free shipping for orders above DKK 500
To Other EU Countries:
We ship to all EU member states.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Free shipping on orders above €150.
If your order cannot be delivered within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with the option to cancel the purchase.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU consumers only)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date you or a third party (appointed by you) received the goods.
To exercise your right:
- Email orders@apollonstudios.com within 14 days
- Include your order number and the items you wish to return
- Return the goods within 14 days from your cancellation notice

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You bear the risk for the goods until received by us. Keep your proof of postage and tracking details.
We will refund the product value (excluding original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or your documentation of shipment.
7. Defects and Complaints
You are entitled to a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).
To report a defect:
Send an email to orders@apollonstudios.com including a description and photo. If approved, we will provide a return label. Ensure proper packaging.
8. Data Protection and Cookies
We process your personal data (name, address, email, order history) for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Data is stored securely and only shared with third parties where legally permitted. See our [Privacy Policy].

10. Use of Website – Disclaimer and Rights
Our cosmetic products must be used as instructed on product packaging. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
We disclaim all liability beyond what is required by mandatory law (e.g., product liability).
Allergy/INCI: Full ingredient lists are available on product pages and packaging.
All content (text, images, graphics, IP) on this site is owned by Apollon Studios ApS or our partners. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
11. Binding Order
By clicking “Place Order” or a similar button, you confirm your acceptance of a purchase with payment obligation.

13. Changes to Terms
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available on our website. Any changes apply to future purchases only.
14. Taxes, Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Denmark, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local tax authorities upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Apollon Studios ApS is not liable for any such additional costs, delays, or customs procedures.
