Within Denmark, delivery takes 1–3 business days via GLS, PostNord, or Bring. Shipping costs DKK 39 to a pickup point or DKK 49 for home delivery; free for orders above DKK 500. To other EU countries, delivery takes 3–5 business days; shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free shipping on orders above €150. For orders shipped outside Denmark, local import duties and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To exercise this right, email orders@apollonstudios.com within 14 days with your order number and the items you wish to return, then return the goods within 14 days of your notice. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the product price (excluding original shipping cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

What payment methods do you accept?

What warranty do Apollon products carry?

Apollon Studios products carry a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). If you experience a defect, contact orders@apollonstudios.com with a description and photo of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide a return label free of charge.

How long do Apollon products last?

Unopened, all Apollon products have a minimum shelf life of 30 months. Once opened, they should be used within 12 months, as indicated by the open jar symbol on the packaging. All products are recommended to be stored at 15–25°C.
