Delivery
Denmark:
We deliver to addresses in Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands) using:
- GLS (pickup point / home delivery)
- PostNord
- Bring
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
Shipping fees in Denmark:
- DKK 39 (pickup point)
- DKK 49 (home delivery)
- Free shipping for orders above DKK 500
Other EU countries:
We ship to all EU member states.
Delivery time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping for orders above €150.
If we are unable to deliver within the stated timeframe, we will contact you promptly and offer the option to cancel the order.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
To withdraw:
- Send an email to orders@apollonstudios.com within 14 days
- Include your order number and specify the items you wish to return
- Return the goods no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notice
Failure to collect a parcel from the delivery point does not constitute a valid exercise of the right of withdrawal. You must actively notify us of your intention to cancel the purchase and return the item in accordance with the withdrawal procedure described above.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
You are liable for any damage during return shipping. Ensure safe packaging and keep your proof of postage and tracking number.
Refunds:
We will refund the product price (excluding the original shipping cost) within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or valid documentation of dispatch.
